Candied Pecans



Let’s make candied pecans! You can doooooiiiit.
These are so easy and much healthier – you’ll never buy them again!
Ingredients
24 – 27 oz pecans (1 Costco size bag)
1 egg white (35g)
3/4 c coconut sugar
1/4 c granulated sugar
1 T cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne (optional)
Steps
Mix dry ingredients in a gallon ziploc.
Whisk egg white in a (very) large bowl until frothy
Add pecans to bowl and mix quickly to coat until no egg white coats the bowl
Fill ziploc with pecans and shake!
Spread a single layer over 2 baking sheets with parchment
Convection 300°F (Conventional 325°F) 20-25 min, flip for the last few minutes
Allow to cool and enjoy!
